After nearly 9 months of negotiations with AEMO, we believe we’ve reached ‘in-principle’ agreement with management for a new enterprise agreement.
It’s not over yet – we need to hear from you. Please join us for an ASU meeting to discuss the in-principle agreement and decide if it should be the final ASU approach.

What’s in the final deal:
- a roll-over of the current agreement (e.g. no changes),
- a 1.5% pay increase backdated to 1 July 2021,
- a 2.5% pay increase from 1 July 2022, a 2.5% pay increase from 1 July 2023, and
- a nominal expiry date of 1 July 2023.
We believe that this deal protects your pay and conditions and gives us the opportunity to return to bargaining next year when the economic and other circumstances will be clearer.
