Bargaining for a new Enterprise Agreement has commenced. As an ASU member, you are automatically represented by the ASU in this process.
Delegates and Organisers have met with members across all sites over the past four weeks to seek priorities for bargaining. Delegates have finalised our list of asks (called the Log of Claims) and these will be presented to management today.

Sacred Heart Mission workers have been facing ongoing and new challenges over the last couple of years including the cost of living and fixed-term funding. There are also opportunities to improve conditions and increase job security arising from changes to the Award.
This is our chance to get new clauses into your Enterprise Agreement to address these important issues and protect the things in life that matter – your jobs, income, families, community and health, safety, and wellbeing.
