The ASU today has emailed Bethany HR Manager, Colleen Rose, to request further details in relation to the use of GPS tracking devices in Bethany vehicles.
The ASU have asked for a copy of the policy and details of what, if any, consultation has taken place.
Whilst the use of GPS devices in vehicles is not uncommon, there should be serious consideration and agreed principles regarding how the data collected is to be used, for example, the use of data for disciplinary purposes against members.
Your ASU Organiser, Joanne McEvoy, is seeking your feedback on any concerns you may have regarding the use of the GPS tracking devices in the vehicles. Please email Joanne on email@example.com to provide your feedback as soon as possible.
Your anonymous feedback will be collated to provide comprehensive feedback to Bethany management.
Your ASU Organiser and Delegates, Mark Vincent, Stephen Burton, and Katrina Crothers will keep members updated as the issue progresses.
