ASU Organisers and Delegates will be holding a membership meeting to discuss the progress of negotiations for a new enterprise agreement.
Negotiations between Bethany management and your ASU Delegates have reached a stage where we need to speak with members directly about the offer on the table before we go any further.
This is your agreement that will set your wages and conditions for the next 3 to 4 years so it is important that you get to have your say.
This is an approved paid time meeting, so please book it into your calendar and make sure you attend.
DATE: Wednesday 4 March
VENUE: Hamlyn Heights
We need to hear what you think of the proposed offer and are seeking your feedback on your priority issues.
This meeting will be open to Bethany employees who aren’t yet ASU members, and information on joining the ASU will be available. It is important to note that only members can have a say on how we proceed and any further meetings will be open to members only.
Want to get the best outcomes possible in your EA?
- Encourage other members to come to the meeting with you
- Pass this on to a non-member and ask them to join the ASU via https://www.asu.asn.au/asujoin
Your work is the foundation of your life: doesn’t it make sense to protect it? The ASU protects your rights at work, provides expert advice and support and delivers members only savings and discounts. We are not-for-profit, member-owned and run. We exist only for the benefit of our members.
