The ASU has been sent a change impact statement by Berry Street in accordance with the Berry Street Victoria Enterprise Agreement. You will find the change impact statements here;
These change impact statements outline proposed reduction in sizes of the administration teams in the northern and western regions, and the removal of two residential care cluster workers in the Residential Care team in the Northern region, as well as a change of hours to the night roster for the Northern region.
Berry Street says that they consulted with affected staff on 25 May but has not provided a formal date by which time consultation will end. The ASU is concerned about the impact this process may have on members and that members have adequate time in which to respond to the proposed change.
In line with the consultation clause in the Berry Street Enterprise Agreement, ASU asks members to provide us with all feedback and to contact us with individual concerns by June 1 in order to provide feedback on behalf of union members to Berry Street.
