Bargaining for your new enterprise agreement will kick off on 1 November 2023 and your delegate team have already started planning.
When we meet with management on 1 November, we need to give them the union’s log of claims which is just a short list of what Members want to see in their new enterprise agreement.
We need to hear from all members now, so we have developed a survey for members to fill out.

We need as many members as possible to have successful negotiations but more than that, we need to build worker power. Power is what wins in these negotiations, and in a union democracy, participation equates to power!
