As you would already be aware, Portable Long Service Leave (PLSL) became a reality on 1 July 2019 for most community sector workers.

ASU members have campaigned and fought for more than 25 years to make PLSL a reality and we are very proud to share it with you.

On Thursday 12 December the ASU will be holding an open meeting around PLSL at Kangaroo Flat. This meeting will be open to both members and non-members who are struggling to comprehend the complexity of the new PLSL legislation.

We will be discussing how the new scheme works, employer and employee requirements, how to access PLSL in the future and answer any questions you may have to make sure you get what you’re entitled to and fought for.

DATE: Thursday 12 December
TIME: 1pm – 1.30pm
VENUE: 13-15 Helm St, Kangaroo Flat
