As part of your unions ongoing efforts to improve working conditions for ASU members, your Delegates are conducting a survey to assess the extent to which members have access to flexible work and leave options.
This survey will help Delegates identify any areas where improvements are needed and to advocate for change that will benefit members.
Local Government workers have been facing new challenges over recent times including rising living costs, an increase in extreme weather events and the global pandemic. Life has never been so stressful and being able to access flexible work arrangements and leave is imperative to a healthy work-life balance.
