The ASU met with members recently after council’s final offer with pay increases. Members have endorsed the latest enterprise agreement offer. As a reminder, Council has offered:
▪ Year 1: 1.75% or $26 per week (whichever is greater) with effect from the first pay period after 1 October 2021
▪ Year 2: 1.85% or $27 per week (whichever is greater) with effect from the first pay period after 1 October 2022
▪ Year 3: 2% or $28 per week (whichever is greater) with effect from the first pay period after 1 October 2023.
This week you have an opportunity to vote on whether you support the enterprise agreement. We encourage you to vote yes!
