Since members voted overwhelmingly to proceed with a Protected Action Ballot order your ASU representatives have been working towards negotiating an outcome to avoid action needing to be taken.

As a result BCYF have now provided a new offer with significant movement on the remaining issues of wages, leave and headspace classifications.

The ASU have held off on lodging the Protected Action Ballot order to allow time for members to meet so discussion and a vote can be taken on whether to accept the offer.

This offer is significantly different and members need to have a say on how to proceed so your attendance is strongly encouraged.
