On Tuesday 4 June, your ASU bargaining representatives met with Bethany management to continue negotiations on a new enterprise agreement.
At the meeting Bethany responded to the member’s log of claims with some positive early outcomes. There are still details needed for some claims and those will be provided to Bethany over the next week.
The next meeting is scheduled for 18 June, where it is anticipated that a final position should be provided by Bethany management.
Your ASU representatives will then be in a position to call membership meetings to discuss and decide on where to next.

This is your agreement that will set your wages and conditions into the future so your involvement is strongly encouraged.
It is only members that can decide on whether to accept Bethany’s position so it is imperative that potential members join now to ensure they have a say in the process.
