Please tell us what changes you want to make the Banyule City Council Enterprise Agreement.

Your Enterprise Agreement (EA) sets out all the terms and conditions of employment like your pay & classification, hours of work, work life balance and flexibility, job security, leave, union access, and allowances. Once an EA is approved by the Fair Work Commission it is enforced and protected by law. There is a link to your current terms and conditions in the survey.

The ASU has developed a short survey, which will help claims we make on your behalf. The survey can be accessed online, or provided in hard copy from your local union delegate.

ASU organisers and delegates will be holding meetings, attending tool box talks and distributing union material over the coming months, with the goal of understanding the needs of members, and identifying a list of claims for members’ to endorse.

If you are aware of non-members who may be interested in making submissions on their working conditions, or in joining the ASU encourage them to complete the survey, this provides a guide on the future discussion we’ll be having with members as we develop your log of claims.
