We’re writing with a brief update on your site organiser. Due to recent staff movements, we have updated patch allocations to align organisers better geographically and ensure a fairer workload spread.
Your new ASU organiser is Jeff Dingli. Jeff will be replacing Shane Lumsden.
Jeff has worked across the industry in local government for many years. He steps into this role with extensive delegate and organiser experience, representing ASU members’ interests through individual matters, Enterprise Bargaining, and Protected Industrial Action.
He is excited to be working alongside your delegates to improve the working lives of our members at Banyule City Council.
Rest assured Jeff and Shane are working together to ensure a smooth transition.
