ASU Organisers are conducting meetings to hear the views of council employees on what should be included in the claims for a new Enterprise Agreement.
A survey was released a few weeks ago, which is a good starting point, and to follow it up the ASU has secured management approval to hold paid members meetings.

Home Support Workers & Meals on Wheels have two opportunities to meet with ASU

More meetings will be announced in the future for leisure, operations depot, and early childhood, ensuring all areas of council get to have their say.
If you can’t make a meeting, there is still a survey active, click here to take the survey, members can feel free to call the ASU contact centre, send an email to ASU, or speak to your local delegate.
If you are aware of non-members who may be interested in making submissions on their working conditions, or in joining the ASU encourage them to complete the survey, and attend the meetings.
These opportunities to provide your views, will assist in developing a log of claims.
