Having had concerns raised by members, the introduction of the Multi-Authentication App was placed into formal dispute as per Clause 21 Prevention and Settlements of Disputes. You can view that letter here.

This is why it is important members contact a delegate, the member contact centre, or your organiser if you feel like something that your employer is telling you is not right.
