The ASU has a long history of the prevention of violence campaign and has been involved from the beginning and has been a strong supporter throughout.
Meet us at Federation Square at 12.00pm for the 10th Walk Against Family Violence to show that you do not accept family violence. Let us come together to remember the countless people who have lost their lives to family violence, and stand in solidarity with both survivors and those who continue to experience abuse. Look for the ASU flags!
This year’s WAFV will feature Van Badham as MC, an address from Lord Mayor Sally Capp, a speech from family violence survivor Ceri, and a special performance from Kwabo from Benin.
