ASU Delegates Kylie Moore and Anthony Gallagher have been at the forefront of the negotiations, big appreciation to them both for their commitment, insights, and informed context.
Your representatives have prevented a significant employer claim on termination of employment. Ask a non-member to join to send a message you care!
After an extended break in Enterprise Bargaining negotiations due to the impact of the pandemic, the ASU bargaining group has been meeting regularly over the past 2 months with Unison representatives to advance discussions.
Member meetings will occur in late April to provide members with a detailed update of the outcomes of these negotiations, your presence and feedback at these meetings is critical to ensure the integrity of the agreement.
An email will be sent in mid-April to confirm meeting dates and locations.
This is the time to actively encourage your workmates to join the ASU – so we will have a stronger voice for workers at Unison and send a message loud and clear on members feedback and position on the new proposed agreement. It’s easy for anyone who is not yet a member to join online at www.asu.asn.au/asujoin
If you have any questions feedback or comments please contact ASU delegates or
