As your Enterprise Agreement negotiations come to an end, the ASU is holding an important meeting to have your say and cast your vote on whether you accept the increase in pay rates and other improvements to your working conditions at Pyrenees Shire Council.
DATE: Tuesday 8 August

VENUE: Beeripmo Centre, Beaufort
A few of the key improvements:
- Year 1 – 3.25% or $40 whichever is the greater (back paid to 1 July 2023)
Year 2 – 3%
Year 3 – 2.75% - Cashing out of annual & long service leave for balances over 4 weeks
- Availability, first aid allowances
- Right to disconnect clause
While we did not get everything, we asked for this was a great effort by your delegate group and by you, by participating in this bargaining process the council is aware that we are here in numbers. We were able to negotiate multiple benefits that will be put into policy, delegates will explain further at the meeting. Please attend to ensure your voice is heard.
