The ASU has just received notification from Neighbourhood Houses Victoria management advising that your employer is seeking to bargain for a new multi-employer Enterprise Agreement.
We understand staff also received similar communications and some members have been contacting us confused by what this means.
The ASU has requested a meeting with management to discuss what bargaining might look like and how we can best try to lift the pay and conditions of ASU members across Victorian Neighbourhood Houses.
