After the ASU were advised that we are no longer welcome at the all-staff meetings scheduled to take place following each EA meeting, we have scheduled our own meetings with members and your colleagues for Wednesday 26 April, to chat about your thoughts in relation to bargaining for your new enterprise agreement.
There has now been a wage offer tabled but it is based on agreeing you surrender many of the conditions that you fought for and currently enjoy such as attacks on your redundancy entitlements, superannuation and annual leave loading and accruals, along with TOIL accrual and working hours which have been ongoing in discussions.
Come along, give your views, and hear how we bargain to win around these claims and more before the next EA meeting to be held on Thursday.
