DATE: Tuesday 28 May
TIME: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
VENUE: City Hall, Geelong

ASU Members attended a public meeting on Tuesday 7 May to discuss ongoing issues at CoGG around insecure work, poor treatment by executive management, and the perpetuating of a bullying culture that had still not been addressed.

During this meeting ASU members passed a resolution calling on CoGG CEO Martin Cutter to take immediate steps to work with the ASU to address these issues.

At the same meeting members resolved to meet again at City Hall prior to the next CoGG Council meeting, which is on 28 May 2019, to hear about what response Mr Cutter had provided.

A meeting has been set up for Thursday 23 May 2019 with ASU Branch Secretary Lisa Darmanin, Executive Branch President Billy King and other CoGG Officials and workplace Delegates to discuss these issues with Mr Cutter directly, and work on a plan to address them.

Come along to the public meeting at 5:30pm on Tuesday 28 May to hear how the meeting went, and what we’ll be doing to address your issues at CoGG.

If you’re not a member, or know someone who is not a member, still come along and bring them as membership forms will be available on the night and we ALL need to be a part of fixing these serious problems!

See attached letter sent to Mr Cutter along with his response.
