We informed Council of ASU members position which is that you would accept the Councils offer in principle if they agreed to the below. Please see Council’s response in red:
- back pay to first full pay period after 1/7/2021
Council will agree to back pay from 1st December 2021 at 3% or $45 whichever is greater
- Removal of Clause 35.3(b) from dispute resolution clause (consent arbitration)
We have reached agreement to add additional wording

Council have provided us a list to present to members
- The above subject to the agreement on consolidated EA and final EA document
