The Intouch Enterprise Agreements (EA) is arranged so that within the different classification levels there are a number of different “pay points”.
There are several specific provisions in the Agreement that deal with which pay point an employee must commence employment on and how progression through pay points is dealt with, in respect of certain of the classification levels.
The ASU has had contact from members at Intouch who believe they have not progressed pay points at the time of their annual review and that this is in breach of the EA. The ASU are assisting these members resolve their concerns.
