Ararat Rural City Council has decided that they will no longer continue the bargaining process, see letter here.
This means once again that ARCC has failed you, by hindering your voice at the negotiating table and only focusing on what suits them.
They are offering a 1.5% which is one of the lowest offers by any council in the southwest region, and they expect you to accept it.
The ASU will be holding a meeting to discuss our response to this appalling behaviour by ARCC.
