Your Enterprise Agreement (the old St Luke’s Agreement) is what is referred to as a ‘Zombie Agreement’, meaning it was made before 2010.
Because agreements made before 2010 could include conditions lower than the minimum award entitlements, there is now legislation to end all of these agreements in December of this year unless there is an application to extend the agreement.
To determine whether your Enterprise Agreement needs to be extended or should end, we need to hear from you about how you use the entitlements within it. To do this, we’re holding an online meeting for ASU members.
