Responding to the coronavirus pandemic is creating uncertainty for all of us.

But as a member of the Australian Services Union, we are by your side as you try to manage the everyday challenges and the significant changes we are all seeing at work and home.

Our organisers and other industrial staff have been doing all they can to protect members’ jobs and to make sure all members are safe in their workplace. ASU Delegates and Health and Safety Representatives have been a big part of ensuring all workers are safe at work, and they have our heartfelt thanks.

The ASU Career Launchpad is another way we are supporting members with free online training to help you take the next step in your career, boost your skills or ignite your IT skills.

We also have a series of ‘Work Shouldn’t Hurt’ courses as well as Covid-19 specific courses about the JobKeeper Payment and another on working from home.

All of these courses are free and exclusively available to ASU members.

We encourage you to take a look at the upcoming courses or check out the on-demand videos of already completed webinars here.

Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, the annual May Day march and family day are going ahead. But this year comrades will gather via a video conference at noon on Sunday.  You can get more detail here.
