Zinfra – Your ASU EBA update

Following consultation with members, we are seeking your input into the shape and content of your next enterprise agreement.

Three ASU Zinfra agreements are due to be renegotiated this year, The Zinfra Staff Agreement, the TOMSA (Ausnet network) and the Testing & Commissioning Agreement (Special Projects).

The ASU is looking for ways to maximise our bargaining strength and we need your feedback on who the agreements will cover.

Coming out of our meetings there have been three suggestions. Please nominate your preference.

• A single enterprise agreement covering all of the Zinfra Workforce
• One enterprise agreement covering employees working primarily on the Jemena and Ausnet networks plus a separate agreement to cover the Special projects team
• The existing three agreements. Zinfra Staff Agreement, TOMSA Agreement and Testing & Commissioning Agreements.

We are also seeking your input into a log of claims. We have already received a large number of excellent suggestions and look forward to you having your input.
