ASU members have Moira Shire Council have recently won the best pay outcome in Victoria!

Before Christmas, members were preparing to take protected industrial action! Once Council was told that members were ready to start action, they came to the table with a better deal.

Pay increases

• year 1 – $55 or 3.5% (rate cap) per week – back paid to 1 July 2023
• Year 2 – $55 or 2.75% (rate cap)
• Year 3 – $55 or rate cap

This just shows how UNION = POWER!
