Manningham City Council bargaining survey – what are your priorities?

Manningham City Council’s enterprise bargaining agreement sets out the wages and conditions you work under. Negotiations will commence shortly with the first meeting kicking off next week to set the schedule for the bargaining process.   

Whether it’s meaningful pay rises, improved conditions for casuals, better safety, or other conditions workers across Victoria already have, the best way to achieve a good outcome and a better workplace for us all is by advocating for it together, through our union.
