Local Government Delegates Network Meetings: Save the Date 2024

The ASU appreciates the huge collective effort of delegates across the local government sector to make your industry and workplaces better over the last 12 months – well done.
It’s also been great to see so many delegates attending Local Government Delegate Network meetings.
We keep welcoming new delegates – 136 across Victoria in the last 12 months in fact – as well as loving the work with the familiar faces.
We stood together for fairer EA outcomes and have seen more industrial action in the last year than many years combined before – a testament to members being prepared to push their value in the jobs you all do.
We shared solidarity and tips on pushing for better standards in your workplace, using new workplace rights, in flexible work and the things we all need to know about resolving disputes.
You’ve asked for topics to be covered and shared great ideas, which have made things happen like our new flexible work website and tools – www.asuflexiblework.com.au (check it out and share it on)
We’re looking forward to building on all of this over 2024 and continuing to work with delegates like you – committed to building strength and power for the betterment of ASU members’ working lives.
