Glenelg Shire Council - Make your voice heard

12 February 2024

The Glenelg Shire Council enterprise agreement expires this year. The enterprise agreement sets the wages and conditions of your employment and is re-negotiated every few years with staff.

The Australian Services Union is the local government union that negotiates these agreements on behalf of its members. We represent all workers at Council, everyone from administrative staff, workers at the Depot, librarians, home care workers, planners and more.

We know that workers want a real wage increase that keeps pace with cost of living! We also want to see an improvement in conditions at Glenelg Shire Council.

We want to hear what your other priorities are this round of enterprise bargaining! The ASU is collecting feedback via a survey that can be accessed here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/8SC3Q82

The survey will take just a few minutes and is an important opportunity to identify issues that you want addressed in the enterprise agreement.

You can also provide feedback to your ASU delegates and in person meetings in March.
