EBA update and call for ASU delegates at Moira

Last week your EBA was voted up by 92% of Moira employees. This is a fantastic outcome – congratulations ASU members. It will shortly be lodged by Council with the Fair Work Commission for approval.
The ASU office has asked for a date when backpay will be processed and will update you in due course.
Call for delegate nominations
Your ASU delegates (Tricia, Steve, Jeremy, Penny and Aaron) are a fantastic bunch of people and are doing an incredible job supporting members. The EBA outcome is a testament to their hard work and commitment.
We seek nominations for more ASU delegates to expand the team and continue to support the solid union structure at Moira.
What do delegates do?
With the support from the ASU office, via delegate training, the contact centre and the local organiser, ASU delegates play an essential and impactful role.
Delegates provide representation, support and advice to members and build the union by providing information and raising awareness of union issues with staff. An ASU delegate is your representative, elected by you.
