Negotiations with management to develop a working EBA have once again ground to a halt. You have told us that, whilst happy with the extra inclusions the wage offer wasn’t good enough, management has finally listened and presented a new offer of 2% 1st year, 1.75% 2nd year, 1.75% 3rd year or $22 whichever is greater. They have also stated back pay is now off the table and will only apply to the start of January.

We are about to enter the two-week access period, and this is your one and only chance to read the document and make an informed decision if you are happy or not.

We have scheduled some in-person meetings Thursday 20th January to go through the new inclusions and discuss managements new wages offer.

Covid Restrictions and current work arrangements have meant we need to run multiple meetings to keep members in their work bubbles. ASU organiser Colin Houghton will be on-site at the below times.
