The MCC acts as the first point of reference for members wanting information or assistance and the process is made as simple as possible so that you get expedient, expert advice.

  • Discuss with the Membership Contact Officer any problems or issues you are facing
  • A contact note is made in our Membership Database and your query is addressed
  • Should your issue require further advice from one of our Union Officials, the Membership Contact Officer will put you in contact with the relevant Official/Organiser for follow up on outstanding matters
