Due to internal workings at CMY, bargaining meetings are being put on hold until June 2024. The ASU is clear that this is not an issue that will affect CMY staff generally. We ask for member’s patience and assure you that the ASU, your delegates and the employer are doing everything we can to ensure there is no actual delay to the bargaining process.

The current Enterprise Agreement’s terms and conditions will continue to apply until a new Agreement is in place.
